INSURANCE
Group or Individual Heath Insurance
We are in network with most insurance plans. You will either be responsible for a co-pay or your deductible and percentage at time of service. We will call to verify your benefits for you while you are in the office.
Patients Without Insurance
We will work with patients without insurance benefits and offer a time of service percentage discount to help control the costs.
On The Job Injury - “Worker’s Compensation”
Most companies carry work comp benefits for their employees and will authorize chiropractic coverage for on the job injuries.
Medicare
Medicare covers corrective spinal manipulation as a benefit at 80% after the yearly deductible is met. Most secondary carriers will then cover the balance. Examination, x-rays, and adjunctive therapies are not covered under Medicare and become the responsibility of the patient. If you have a Medicare Replacement Plan, you will be responsible for the co-pay at time of service and any charges that are applied to the deductible as they follow the same coverage guidelines as Medicare.
Personal Injury / Automobile Accidents
Med pay on your auto insurance is the first source of payment, and the liability carrier of the other car is the second source. Sometimes there are also benefits available from your health insurance. We will work with your carriers and attorneys to file all necessary paperwork associated with the accident.
